John & Katrina were great to work with giving us suggestions and ideas when we had none, but were not pushy. John worked through the cold and heat doing our 4 season room. He also did a number of Handy Man projects like leveling our shed, cutting branches off trees, fixing decking on our deck ,reseeding grass, cleaning gutters. He also did work on our daughter's house too, she was very satisfied too. We will continue to have John do other work with us. It's hard to find a good man, and John is it.

John was able to do what 2 others could not (Assemble 2 bookcases). He's quick, neat, amiable and able to do anything I asked him to do reasonably and neatly. I would recommend him highly. Can't wait until I have other projects for him!

John was conscientious and did the jobs I hired for promptly. Concrete does not looked finished but is a vast improvement over the cracked walkway and steps that were there. Replacement storm doors instaffled and manufacturing problem promptly corrected. New front widnow looks good. I LIKE THESE PEOPLE.

John and his wife are great to work with. John showed on time, continued to work had during the time there and when he left everything was cleaned up - as if he had never been there except for course my fence is no longer falling over. I will definitely use John again.

Highly recommend this company! John went over and above to complete not only my initial project but a couple added ones as well in a timely manner in spite of obstacles with special ordering and weather. Price was great and even the cleanup was immaculate! Will definitely be giving them a call again for future projects. If you give them a try, You won't be disappointed.

Overall I was very pleased in every category However, I thought the cost of the work done was excessive. I will use John again on bigger issues but on small problems I think I will look for a less expemsive service.

John was prompt in every aspect of the project from his quote to ordering parts that were needed to showing up on time on the day agreed upon and to completing the job on time. Anyone using his services will not be disappointed.

John the builder was a pleasure to work with. He came when he said he would, understood what we wanted, chose materials with value, and installed in a timely manner. E-mail communications could have been more on the ball... when we sent the down payment we had to ask if it had been received. This is so typical of the younger generation; proactive communications go a long way with us older folks.

Our recent bathroom reno was a nightmare! This contractor abandoned the job halfway through, and what was completed was poorly done, shoddy workmanship! Tiles were unevenly set in the shower and on the floor. Grout spacing between floor tiles was highly variable. Two marble corner shelves were poorly attached to the wall with adhesive and crashed to the floor and shattered. Carpentry work was not plumb, level or square. The tub was left unconnected, and the tub's drain didn't line up with the drain pipe in the floor! Paint was slopped onto the wooden window trim and onto the ceiling. One GFCI electrical outlet that he relocated, he rewired with the hot and neutral wires attached to the wrong terminals! So, add "unsafe" to poorly done, and shoddy work! In addition, he failed to show up when he said, and did not call, or answer our calls, texts and emails. An estimated 2 week job turned into a one month job, then a 2 month incomplete, abandoned job. We were forced to hire another plumber, a tiler, and a glass installer to finish and/or properly redo the jobs. Our advice is to avoid using this contractor.

John was very proficient with my request. There was an issue that he was able to quickly identify a solution and completed the work in the agreed upon time. Will be using his services in the future for larger projects.

Very reliable, great value, good work. He's able to do many different projects. I've recommended him to several of my friends already.

He is very convenient and trustworthy. Very responsive. Has done plumbing and drywall. Gave suggestions so I could save money.

We had paint done on house he would say he would come on a day and doesn't come or call did that couple of times

Work was not completed as requested and not totally completed at all. Very unreliable & not professional. Took a lot longer than was advised. Worked partial days, & some days never showed. The finished product is shabby & does not look professional. Very disappointing and not worth the money we paid. I asked several times for itemized bill, never received it.
