Dan was very helpful, and they were flexible on the price. Crew didn't speak English but all seemed like hard workers.

I am a VERY particular person an I have installed many roofs in my life... However, this roof is very large and I don't have enough help, so I was forced to hire someone. I fully expected to be watching them and giving instruction as to how I wanted it done. This crew and the job they performed was better than anyone could expect. They were professional, hard working, and they left my yard in BETTER condition than they found it. The final cost was exactly the amount that I was quoted. I highly recommend Thompson Construction... Looking forward to a BIG rain storm!!

Very detail-oriented and thorough. Offered good advice and carried out additional small repairs, all at a reasonable and competitive price. I could always reach them on the phone. This was very important since I was away in California when the re-roofing was being carried out. On top of that: they kept their word and finished right on time. I wish all contractors were like that.

Very Professional from quote process to job completion. Quote package was delivered by a professional, clean cut and clean vehicle. The package contained everything from job description down to samples of materials to be used along with the Certainteed "REAL" Guarantee. They were prompt on the job, worked hard, no blaring radios, very courteous and did a fantastic job and in the end one of the Principals called me to inspect the work with him. The property was left cleaner than when they arrived. I saved over $2,500 from the next closest bid, received a fantastic job and they installed architectural Shingles for the same price as 3-tab. I

The entire process was very smooth. They gave a clear itemized estimate, so we knew what we were paying for. The salesman even gave us a 2% discount to lock in the deal. We only waited for a couple of weeks and they finished the job in a day and a half. They started at 7am sharp and stayed past 7pm. The clean up was good including the gutters.

We were very pleased with every aspect of the business relationship. The individuals we interacted with, Dan Lathrop, Clebio Carvalho and others could not have been more responsive. They did a better site review than other companies providing estimates so that we felt comfortable that all aspects of the job would be covered. It was clear that they wanted to make sure that we got all the information we needed about the project and the materials being used. Great experience for us. Dan & Clebio are exemplary, with positive attitudes and excellent information from beginning to end. Your estimate was the only one submitted with complete details, and all my pre-decision questions were answered, with appropriate samples of materials, etc. Your crew arrived on time and their work ethics were wonderful. The new roof looks great (including the shed roof) and the gutters are the way I wanted them. The job site was very thoroughly cleaned - better than I had expected - and the dumpster was removed before noon the following day. Great job and really good people. It was remarkable how they were able to schedule the arrival of the supplies and the project start and end time to a tee.

Thompson Roofing did a great job. They were quick and responsive and the roof looks great. When I had an issue, they were quick to resolve it and very courteous. Their pricing was very competitive. I had gotten about 8 or 9 estimates for the job so I know I got a good deal. I even recommended them to a friend. The only thing they could improve on a bit was returning phone calls a bit quicker, but other than that, they were great.

I was a totally satisfied customer. I would recommend them to others. Everyone at Thompson Construction was wonderful. They worked very hard all day to get the job done. Dan Lathrop the sales rep was also wonderful. They went that extra step to do a fine job. I do rate them 5 star.

We really liked these guys. Very hardworking crew plus a very competent sales team. Project start was delayed a bit due to rainy weather and a backlog on their part, but they stayed in touch with us and came as soon as the weather broke. I only wish that someone on the actual crew spoke English because I would have really liked them to understand all my compliments! It was so hot that I gave them ice cream and water, so hopefully that helped! Thee crew was very good-natured and polite.
