I had John Wood Construction repair some dry rot about 6 yrs ago so when I needed some more work done I called them. Their work was so incredible and the pricing was very good I didn’t contact anyone else. I had the same experience with this job. Their craftsmanship is incredible! I had dry rot on the window moldings and on the end of 4x8 patio support beam. The only way you see any repair is the paint is much whiter. Now I’m gonna have to get the house painted! Couldn’t be happier with the work John and his son did!

Professional work done right with the right tools and right results. Friendly and helpful Dad/son team. Arrived as communicated and left without a trace. I vetted 3 companies. The highest bid was 100% more than John’s bid. The other bid was slightly lower but John arrived to our first meeting to leave his estimate with a large right angle square proceeding to ensure the frames were square and would accommodate my 4 new doors which told me right away ‘right guy for the job’. Thanks guys.

John communicated well, showed up every time as agreed and did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. He was friendly, courteous and thorough.

The work (installing double doors from scratch) that was done exceeded my expectations. They took their time, we are focused on both quality and meeting my expectations at a price that best others. The last day of the project I had a toilet flange go bad, they installed a new one at an outstanding price that day.

They were a joy to work with. They showed up when they said they would and did great quality work for a fair price. It was a difficult repair job and they showed great ingenuity in figuring out a fix that was better than the original. I highly recommend them.

What a wonderful professional gentleman and overall wonderful human being. John came over on a Saturday to look at our project and give us an estimate. He was back promptly on Monday and completed the project. His rates are good and he is very kind and professional. Highly recommend him!
