Reviews
Write a ReviewWe are repeat customers! Their flooring crews are expert and go the extra mile to please. Always show up on time and respectful of property. Could not ask for better quality at fair prices. Another company that was realtor recommended never returned our phone calls so we are glad to have chosen such a reputable, responsive company.
I will use them again.
Great people went out of their way to get the job done.
I have been trying for over two years to have a sag in my dining room ceiling repaired and a botched backsplash in my kitchen redone. I got 5 estimates with no follow-up once I agreed to the amount. After deciding to replace all the backsplash and start fresh, I got a response from Johnny Brink's...I was given an estimate, and work began within a couple of weeks. The guys doing the work, Dylan and Gary, were there first thing in the morning and cleaned up in the afternoon. I had a new dining room/ kitchen ceiling and backsplash...all in 4 days. The only issue and I hate to complain because everything else I'm very happy with is that the vent hood for my stove was reinstalled at 30 inches (at max. height) when originally had it at 24 inches.
Installer Dylan was not provided all the materials for the tile backsplash installation, which required two trips to town to correct. He dismissed my concerns regarding covering the NEW granite countertops and NEW composite sink (to keep them free of debris and clean), and he pivoted from being friendly to belligerent, rushing through the job and getting tile grout all over the (NEWLY PAINTED) cabinets and floor, stating, It is not up to me to clean your house. He did attempt to clean up at the end of the job, but it left a lot to be desired. These concerns were brought up with the company, and my bill was reduced. Supervisor Kaleb attempted to help the situation, but by then it was too little, too late. I was in a hurry as I was expecting guests and had to reclean the kitchen and patio where the tile was cut (another mess). This was my first and last experience with Johnny Brinks Floor Store. I will never hire them again for three reasons: unpreparedness, poor behavior, an argumentative attitude, and a lack of care provided to my surroundings.
Very unprofessional. Tiler sent to install glass subway tiles was inexperienced and was not provided with the proper materials or equipment. Nearly two weeks later, a two or three-day installation is not half done.
Professional and conscientious.
Very professional and experienced. They are the best! They were able to work with my rush time line. Did beautiful work. The best experience ever!
Great work
Had them clean and seal a very large bathroom. Work was done well, and the bathroom looked great. Definitely recommend.
