The price was very reasonable and the stairs look very nice.He showed up when he said he would. He was personable with my mom and friendly with my dog. Ran out of paint at the end of the job but told me where I could get more.

Johny D is very customer oriented. He listens to your problem and makes suggestions about a solution. He is very willing to consider your ideas and incorporate them into the solution. He calls with status updates and to let you know the schedule. I rarely give anyone a 5 star rating, but for customer service, John D excels.

He stands by his work! He was showings us the new iron railings when one fell. No damage to it, but there was a 3 inch scratch and gouge to the screen door. He offered to pay for and replace the door free. We found a major upgrade and paid for it ourselves, but he spent three hours getting and installing it. And the same day too. Great job!

John did a great job--five windows, each a different size, had to be covered by metal security bars. Just by talking on the phone and sharing some photos he understood exactly what I was looking for and did the job to spec. My only gripe might be it was a little on the pricey side.

I asked Johnny to install some metal railings for my 82 year old Aunt. I was unavalable when he came but my aunt was very impressed by his friendiness, professional manner and price. He said what he could do, when he could do it and the cost. He did what he said, when he he said he would. Could not ask for anything more. Good guy, highly recommend.

johnny was prompt in getting me a quote and doing the work. i used him to fix an iron gate that had some damage and a missing spoke. the gate looked like new! the size of the spokes were a perfect match and he repainted the gate for a great color match!

"When this person called me i gave him a price i came down on my price about 400; 00 and he had to have it done in 1 week ,so i went there and did the job on site to make shore it get done on time so he could get the loan from the bank.He called me back to clean up i went back to clean the walls and remove the cement that was on the walk way .the person from the bank came to take photos of the job and said it looked great .then i get a another call that he saw some cement on the side ,i told him to get a wire brush and water and it should come out ., he told me that he could not do it. i went back to see i didn;t see any thing .And now this"

I needed someone to look at and fix two bar stool backs. I made one phone call, played a bit of phone tag with Johnny. He was so responsive. He tried me back each time I called and he tried ever so hard to make a time work for him to come look at the chairs. I couldn't make any of the times. He left a message saying that we could bring the chairs to his shop on Sunday and he would fix them. We brought the chairs over, he fixed them on the spot. The cost was very reasonable.
