Ceiling Fan - Install
Johnny Electric team was very professional with great quality of work for a very reasonable price. They installed our ceiling fan with no issues and the guys were very friendly and professional. I will be calling them again to install fans into our other bedrooms as well.

Great job! They installed a dedicate line and added a few more outlets, balancing the kitchen capacity. Also an overhead fan was installed. I will use them again on the next electrial project I have. Johnny was the first to call and was on top of the job throughout.

They have to come out two seperate times to fix faulty outdoor lighting which they installed.

"Our first trip back for repairs was to replace a faulty light bulb for no charge, even though our Invoice the customer signed states there is no warranty on bulbs. Our 2nd trip We found every thing was pulled out and in a pile by his stone layers,we replaced a fixture that was broken in the pile and a $120 transformer after the stone layers power washed the home and didn't cover it destroying the photo cell causing it to not operate properly... again at no charge. We always strive to leave our customers with a feeling that they have been taken care of."

I called Johnny Electric because of an electrical short. I explained to him the symptoms and he dismissed some of the evidence. So, the issue wasn't resolved. He sent his employees the second time and I explained the situation again. They immediately found the problem and fixed it. Problem: they charged me twice.

"We didn't dismiss the evidence, unfortunately the customer thought it was tied to thermostat becuase of the problems. We always strive to do our best troubleshooting based on the information provided. We worked for an hour doing other electrical work and troubleshooting the problem.The customer was charged for 1 hr. labor. When called back because the problem persisted we had more info because of the things we had already eliminated as problems and were able to find the problem on this trip.Customer was given option on first trip of spending more time at more cost to keep going and declined. We reduced our rate for 2 call by a 1/3."
