Victor, Tito and Carlos did a stellar job! Very polite and respectful of our belongings And us! They were outstanding at both ends of move and helpful in placement of furniture and boxes! Thanks guys for making our move go so smoothly!!!

Very professional and everything was done at ease. My questions got answers and not once did I feel silly asking them. I have used other movers and everyone was down right rude! But Johnny on The Move, was absolutely magnificent.

Tito and Antonio were amazingly polite, professional, and I couldnâ t have asked for a better experience. They were prompt, got the upack unloaded in record time, I swear I blinked and they were done. They took great care with my property as well, every aspect of dealing with this company was a pleasure. Anna in the office was helpful and informative concerning the move, and also gave me some advice to try and save money just in case, which I canâ t thank them enough as a company for doing. If you need something moved or unloaded give these folks a call.

I don't have somewhere to sleep now, because they didn't set the bed poles;they do not answer my phone calls. I will never ever pay upfront because they do not want to take responsibility in regards to this; they didn't complete the job; also I don't know where are the sofa legs. They damaged my chester and my bookcase. And I also hired someone else to do what they didn't do.

We needed movers to meet us at the apartment myself was moving into, with a full truck that have been loaded out of state. Antonio and Tito were extremely polite, quick and definitely on time. They texted and called an hour before our meeting time to confirm the details. The only reason thereâ s not five stars is it was a little pricey. Great idea to hire them!

BY FAR the worst moving company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I booked an appointment for 6 PM. They call me at noon saying they are arriving in an hour at 1 pm. I am still working and can not get off until 3 pm which is why I booked for 6 pm just to be safe. I absolutely NEED to get this move done today as my old lease ends today and the new lease starts today. They say if I am not there in an hour I am out of luck and there is nothing they can do about it. Mind you I was forced to pay $50 upfront to book a spot in their schedule, that they then double-booked are now refusing to refund me on. Absolute worst experience ever. Pick ANYBODY else.

DID NOT SHOW UP. Did not call to tell me. Instead they dodged my calls all morning and sent an e mail to me. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They have 2 stars on other platforms.

Best rates around. I had Toto and Gabriel. They were super fast and on point. They even wrapped my mattress and tvs. I do wish I had know it was cash only on site, but he told me when he got there soon had plenty of time to get cash. Very reasonable. Very friendly. Amazing service.

I reached out to Johnny on the move for a last minute move. They were accommodating and were able to schedule me within 1 day. I was worried at first because I needed to have 3 large pieces of antique furniture moved. Jon and his crew were extremely careful and patient even when I changed my mind on where to set a very heavy dresser. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Quick and easy to book, and the best price I found. They were quick and actually finished an hour early. They were a little rough with my items but I didn t ask them to wrap or package my furniture so that s to be expected. I didn t have very nice or fragile furniture so I didn t really care.

Very easy and efficient- small apartment move. The movers understood the area And were able to quickly pivot.

Johnny On The Move has been on overall great moving experience from scheduling to moving. I had to change my route last minute and they were very flexible. As for the move, the two movers were extremely professional and were very efficient and did not waste any time. If possible, i recommend requesting Tito. Tito was a very nice, personable, and led his team very effectively. If management sees this, I recommend that you give this man as much of a raise as possible! This was my first professional moving experience and Tito and this company made such a great impression that I hired them again for another move next month. Nothing but 5 stars all around!

Starting with making the reservation with Ana to when Tito and his crew showed up it was an awesome experience. Also, they were willing to work with me after delays resulting in the Covid 19 pandemic. I changed the pick up date three times without any issue. I would recommend this company to EVERYONE! Thanks so much for making a stressful situation almost stress free. Professional, Courteous, On Time and caring are the words I would use to describe Johnny On The Move, Inc.

They were amazing! Victor and Tito were the fastest movers I have ever worked with. Last time I moved I had four guys and I swear this two guys were more competent than all other four guys together. They worked fast and they were professional. I will definitely hired them again when I move. Thanks guys.

I ve used them a few times the last time I hired them was in December, they are hands down the best movers I ve ever had and they re prices unbeatable.

This company is very good at reaching out to get your business, however 1. I had to email to remind them for a deposit receipt. Once I paid deposit it was difficult to reach them. They were supposed to show up at 8. By 9 a.m. No phone calls. I emailed and phoned finally at 930 am got a call from the driver he had crashed the moving truck on the way to our home. They said they had no one else and showed up at 530 p.m. the guys were so tired and were awesome but then There was not enough room for all our stuff. And the discount for being 9.5 hours late, 20 bucks! Do not use them!

I was in desperate need of snow removal. Johnny on the Move did a good job but were expensive. They did respond in a very timely fashion so it was worth it. Only take cash or credit card with an added premium.

I do not recommend. They damaged many of my belongings and walls of the house. They showed up 2 hours late. Joked about how they re going to break a mirror and then shattered it, out a gouge in my headboard, snapped the leg off a cabinet, scuffs in my couch desk and walls, and a hole in the wall. They accept only cash and then disappear and you ll never hear from them again when you want to file a claim for all the damages. I ve tried to reach out to them 4 times through various ways and have heard nothing back.

The employees from Johnny on the move, was respectful, had a strong work ethic, quick but careful not to damage any item or property. The price was worth it! I would recommend them for any body who's trying to move stress-free. Plus, they were strictly professionals business wise.

Sorry to say but I was so disappointed with the service with this Johnny on the Move. First, I requested for 10:00 am from HomeAdvisor. They arrived at 9:00am. I told them that I am coming from a very far place but I have my partner who is ready to sign or at least initial so that they can start but did not do anything for 1 hour until I arrived. This should be FINE. I understand if they do not want a little courtesy. but then, when they got to the unloading address, they did not start for another 40mins until I have to pay in cash advance which I initially agreed anyway but all of them just SAT DOWN for a long time, doing nothing, did not even bother to get the money from me so that they can start moving. In other words, they LOVE to PROLONG everything that I had to pay extra for more than 1 1/2 for them doing nothing. I hope they realized to at least assist or remind me whatever rules they have. Paid 5 hours for a little more than 3-hour job. I called the office 2x to explain and asked for at least a little courtesy discount, and every time I was promised a call back but never happened. Such a bad experience. Sorry but I am not hiring them again.

Very polite movers. Very fast. They were very accommodating to all my moving requests. Will use them again.
