I believe they are out of business as I need to find a new plumber to complete the work. This started as a bathtub leak and led to an entire 5 month bathroom remodel. There was an accidental water pipe cut which led to water damage to my unit and the unit below. I took it in stride and worked through the entire incident with my insurance. I did have to engage additional contractors to re-do the flooring and paint the entire bathroom. The washing machine was reconnected

I was surprised at the cost of securing a toilet tank back to the toilet. 30-40 minutes $250. I had figured more like 100-150 which I thought was a good price. The serviceman was very nice and helpful but the cost was excessive.

Shane, the plumber, was very professional and knowledgeable. Completed the work proficiently and in a timely manner. Provided a senior citizen discount. Would recommend.

The reason why I hired them was because they promised to come the next day. They didn't. When they come they asked for an absurdity of money for a simple job, I agreed because then I had no recourse. I am not calling them ever again!

My project was a real challenge. The workers stayed late in to the evening to get to job done.

The plumber, Matt Sunstrom, arrive on time, assess the problem, provided a solution and cost estimate in a timely fashion. He then fixed the plumbing problem (changed a shower stall diverter, faucet and shower head in a reasonable amount of time. He wore shoe covering while working in my home and left the work site very clean. This is definitely a 5 star performance. Thank you.
