Kyle was great- made his way through a snow storm to fix my water heater, fixed it quickly and efficiently. Really appreciated his courtesy , knowledge ,AND promptness-- so difficult at times to get service in this area on the same day even in GOOD weather! Will definitely use him again if/when the need arises! Would absolutely recommend Kyle to others!
