    The Johnny T. Wiedmann Company was recommended to us by a highly respected general contractor as well as a residential realtor who had been a contractor. The Wiedmann staff are among the most professional I have ever worked with: they arrive strictly on time, they work almost non-stop, and they invite even more inspections than are required by regulations. Most importantly, J. T. Wiedmann Company has all of the software that the major insurance companies use to calculate payouts for roof replacements. Regrettably, some insurance adjustors use technical language that the layperson homeowner cannot understand, and therefore feels that there is no recourse but to accept a lower payout from the insurer. This is where J.T. Wiedmann becomes the client s advocate: the Wiedmann experts use every available hi-tech method, in addition to the software the insurance company uses, to aggressively and persistently argue on behalf of the client. In our case, our insurance company had to pay for the entire roof replacement, rather than the much smaller amount the insurer s desk adjustor told us they would pay a result that J.T. Wiedmann obtained for us by going to the mat for us with the insurance company. Ultimately, the insurance company paid every penny, and both the desk adjustor and the county inspector were highly complimentary about the high quality of our new roof!

    My small repair, smaller than insurance deductible, was for soffit damage given by Hurricane Irma. Wiedmann representative arrived for estimate one day and for making repairs the next. Everything (materials, plan, repairs) seem copasetic subject to the next big storm.
