The Johnny T. Wiedmann Company was recommended to us by a highly respected general contractor as well as a residential realtor who had been a contractor. The Wiedmann staff are among the most professional I have ever worked with: they arrive strictly on time, they work almost non-stop, and they invite even more inspections than are required by regulations. Most importantly, J. T. Wiedmann Company has all of the software that the major insurance companies use to calculate payouts for roof replacements. Regrettably, some insurance adjustors use technical language that the layperson homeowner cannot understand, and therefore feels that there is no recourse but to accept a lower payout from the insurer. This is where J.T. Wiedmann becomes the client s advocate: the Wiedmann experts use every available hi-tech method, in addition to the software the insurance company uses, to aggressively and persistently argue on behalf of the client. In our case, our insurance company had to pay for the entire roof replacement, rather than the much smaller amount the insurer s desk adjustor told us they would pay a result that J.T. Wiedmann obtained for us by going to the mat for us with the insurance company. Ultimately, the insurance company paid every penny, and both the desk adjustor and the county inspector were highly complimentary about the high quality of our new roof!

My small repair, smaller than insurance deductible, was for soffit damage given by Hurricane Irma. Wiedmann representative arrived for estimate one day and for making repairs the next. Everything (materials, plan, repairs) seem copasetic subject to the next big storm.

John Wiedmann of City Beautiful Roofing, Inc., is a true professional in his field of roof repairs. He gave me an estimate that was fair and reasonable based on his personal inspection of the job that had to be done. He first presented me with his business card and immediately inspected the potential roof repair job from both inside (garage attic area) as well as from the outside (up on the roof)...taking digital photos all along the way. I had two other estimates before deciding to hire City Beautiful Roofing. One of the other verbal estimates I received, they guy didn't even have a business card. The other, did not even go into the garage attic area or on the roof, yet he gave me an "low ball" estimate. Although both of the other two companies "said" they would provide me with a written/e-mail estimate, they never did! I watched John and his co-worker throughout the entire process of repairing my roof and I was impressed that they "cleaned up the roof debris before proceeding to the next phase of the repair project." It was a very clean operation. Most importantly, John took photos along the way, showing me exactly what they had accomplished at the end of each work session. The project took about two days and the results were well beyond my expectations (especially after seeing the extensive damage from the garage attic photos). I would definitely recommend this company over the top "3" offered/recommended on the initial Home Advisor listing. Again, a great job by a true professional!

When you hire a professional roofer because your roof is leaking you assume that they look for potential future problems not just the places that show up on the ceiling. I was charged $400 to reseal shingles along ridge cap and one valley, 6 days later a new place showed up and he wanted another 125.00 (he did finally offer to to do it for $75). The 1 yr guarantee only applies to what he fixed at the time, he didn't know that spot would start leaking, he should have he's the professional. No Thanks I can't afford $75 to $125 every time another shingle needs to be resealed on top of the $400.

"When we arrived to fix a leak in a specific location we do a thorough investigation in the particular area. We avoid walking around the entire roof as much as possible, especially when a roof is on its last to final leg. We addressed the ridge vent and valley as specified, we installed the new system and sealed in accordance to FBC specifications. All visible leaks were managed and controlled. The leak that occurred several days later was on the total opposite side of the roof where we did not go and inspect. It was not a problem at the time of investigation, if it was, it was not brought to my attention at the time of assessment. Determining the future of mother nature and her resulting effects on above mentioned said item, especially one like predicting where a roof decides to leak in the future, is similar to pinpointing exactly where a lighting bolt may strike next in the world. We took care of the leaks, sealed surrounding areas and also gave her a really great price and an even better job performance. We always want to leave a customer feeling 100% satisfied, it's something we strive for and put a lot of focus on. He was awesome. It's not only the quality of the work he did, it's the quality of the product. The crew was trustworthy, very courteous, and any questions I had no problems getting answered. Jonathan is not only one of our contractors, he also became a friend to the homeowners association. I will call him back if I have any issues.
