Johnny rescheduled twice after not showing for the appointment. He changed bathtub fixtures. When changing the bath to shower, the water poured out the bath nozzle and barely sprayed out of shower nozzle. Johnny advised me to get new bath facet. After he left, I pulled out the new washer from garbage that came with bathtub fixture kit Johnny had thrown away. I installed the washer and the bath/shower worked perfectly.
