These guys were great they replaced a very old downspout and scupper on building over a hundred years old with a flat roof. These guys are the go to pros/specialists. They repaired a hole in my garage roof. They built me a 420 square ft walkway which solved a lot of water issues. So if you need more than one thing done

Larry and his team were great to work with. He came out and provided us with a few different options for the job. Once we agreed on what we wanted to do his team was out quickly and completed the job in two days. We also had a weather delay and Larry provided clear updates about when his team would be able to come and complete the work.

Larry was so positive and spoke with me for a very long time when he did the sight visit. He explained everything, took photos (used the photos of where tuckpointing was needed and what he would do to fix each issue.) when he sent me the estimate Work was done the day after agreeing to the estimate. Very happy with the work, it was done really well. I am continuing to work with him on some caulking issues in the gangway he noticed while inspecting the work on the building. I had not even noticed the large cracks between the gangway sidewalk and building. I was getting water in the basement during heavy rain storms. Very confident to have him to fix this issue before the spring rains.

Larry was great! He provided us with an explanation of costs and got us on the schedule quickly. My only complaint was that there was a bit of a mess left that I wished they swept up, but other than that the job looks to be done very well.

His crew discovered additional structural issues as the job was progressing that were addressed at the same time with reasonable additional cost. I have had various repairs done to my roof over the years and this company gave very sound reasons for the continued issues I was having and I had great confidence in the solutions they suggested. Unfortunately, it has been challenging to get them to commit to returning to complete minor repairs after countless calls and text messages.
