Did exactly what they said they would do. On time and cleaned up after work. Very professional

When he looked at the job, he told me that he would have to take up the trim on the floor but would replace it and that I would have to paint it. He should not have tried to replace it. I had to pull up the trim that he installed; buy new pieces; install it and paint it myself. The floor looks great now. A casual observer would not see the few tiles that are chipped even though I had plenty of perfect, spare tiles.

I would use them again.

From the initial call to the end of the project I found John and his employees to be friendly, professional and they had excellent communication skills. Unlike some other people I have dealt with they called me when they needed to reschedule and were prompt in keeping me updated on their arrival time. Once they arrived, it was clear they knew what they were doing and got started right away. The workmanship was good and I would recommend them.

Took longer than expect,well job after completion.

They were inconsiderate of our time and did a horrible job reinstalling quarter round. They were in our home over a week longer than they should have been. I had to step In and tell them the order in which to finish. They had us order way more flooring than we needed, and good thing my husband caught it as they also charged to install more flooring than they actually did. They were nice people, but I would never recommend them. Now we have to pull up and reinstall quarter round throughout our whole home. My husband was so angry, he just wanted them out of our home.
