I had a kitchen drawer that opened on its own. A little thing but very annoying. He adjusted it. No more problem. We would call him again for things that need fixing around the house.

John repaired our retractable screen door and replaced the handle for our garage door with a dead bolt kit despite challenges with the door assembly. I had contacted screen companies that wouldnâ t repair the door and one locksmith who considered the handle replacement with a deadbolt to be a new installation, which he doesnâ t do. John did these tasks with great skill. We felt we received excellent value for his work. He tried to repair two windows but said we would have to call the window manufacturer and did not charge for this task. We would call him again and have already referred him to our son.

On time to arrive for the service call. Very professional & gave an estimate for approximately how much the work would cost & timeline to be completed. Job ended up taking longer than anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances - approved purchase & replacement of new upgraded fixtures.

Repaired a botched-up homeowner installation of two (2) floating shelves and installed same to achieved a Most Perfect outcome. Also replaced a faulty lighting dimmer switch. Scheduled to return next week to install a new ceiling fan in the downstairs bathroom. I discovered a new technique for installing molly bolts watching John.

he charges $75.00 per hour , which is high for a senior on fixed income; and it was several small repairs, nothing big but he was good and would hire him again when I have a repair.
