Handyman Service
He has had my table since early December and has never delivered it to me. There is no way to communicate with this contactor. His voicemail box is full, and before it was full, I left 3 or 4 messages. He never returned my calls. I had to buy a new table since he never returned mine. This man is not to be trusted and should not be used for any jobs.

He was hired to repair our solid surface counter top. Our counter top had cracks in it. The cracks reappeared within two weeks of the repair. He will not return our calls. We paid him over $700, When I did catch him, (by calling from a different number) I learned that he is now in Florida. 11/11/2016.

"I thought the (Consumer name withheld per their request.) were happy with the service. I was contacted by them and returned several calls which were left on an answering machine. Yes I was contacted while I was in Florida (same phone number as they always use as it came up on caller) and they explained the problem and I offered to return at no charge when I return to Tennessee. I don't understand why someone would leave a bad review under these conditions. Very disappointing the Butlers who own a business of their own would leave such a review."

John was very professional and courteous. He called before he came and arrived at the time he specified. He told us what he had to do to repair the doors and then he gave us the estimate. We decided to let him do the project and he completed it was complete satisfaction to us. The project took longer than expected but he stayed until it was totally completed. We will use him again for other projects and highly recommend him to others.

John was an amazing handyman! Very easy to work with and had great customer service. Will recommend him to friends. He even did the job for a lower price than what he originally quoted as we couldn't get the materials I wanted. He's very honest and straight to the point - he made sure we knew what would work and what wouldn't.

John is an outstanding worker, he did a awesome job on our kitchen. He help us decide what we needed and his recommendation were spot on. He made our Kitchen look brand new at a price we could afford. John is not only a good carpenter/electrician/painter/designer he is an outstanding person. We were informed on every step of the job. John's communication skills made it a pleasurable experience, I would highly recommend if you are needing work done in a professional manner you should by all means get him, Thanks John for a job well done and we look forward to working with you in the future.

If it were possible to give negative stars, we would! John the Handyman took one of our chairs for repair in March. He has had it for over 5 weeks with no contact returned from repeated phone calls. When he FINALLY returned one of our calls, he stated that the chair had been repaired but that he had been out of town. He was supposed to contact us to deliver the repaired chair, but has not. Again he has not returned our calls asking about when we will get our chair returned to us. Bad service, bad business, can't speak to the quality of the work because we still haven't seen it!

John called almost immediately once notified. I ultimately hired him because he seemed genuine. He called to confirm the appointment the day of and was early for the appointment as well. He proved that he was a professional when there was an issue with the opener he stayed and fixed it. When after leaving, there was a continuing problem, he came back immediately and solved the problem even though it was late, dark and COLD!
