Quick response and thorough report.

The only thing that could have been better is he was late and I wish he would have called. Other then that fantastic experience.

First off was an hour late due to scheduling mistake. Shows up, looks at house and says looks nice, usually that means it s nice on inside . I knew right then he probably wasn t going to be thorough or point out anything I couldn t already see. I was an inspector to point out little stuff that goes unnoticed due to excitement of buying a home. I followed him around the outside and he walked right past a cracked brick on porch. The brick is no big deal but I was hoping he would make a note of it, he didn t. He didn t even inspect the well even though list of things he looks at includes that. He looked at the psi on the well gauge and said that is good . He ran faucets in house maybe 15 seconds. Not even long enough for well pump to turn on. My wife and I had discovered water heater wasn t working before he got there. I wasn t going to say anything to see what he said. He never said anything until I said the hot water isn t working . This was a complete waste of $300. I could have paid $50 for the inspection and still felt like I got ripped off.

John is very professional and provides a valuable service. Showed up on time, prepared, and stayed until all questions were answered. The report was ready, with photos, the next day.

John arrived early and had most of the inspection and photos of the exterior completed. He was very efficient with his time and provided NEXT DAY inspection report. Very impressed with the thoroughness and speed of results. We re excited to move into our first home! Thank you again!

John and Pamela were the best! Extremely prompt on returning texts, emails, and phone calls. They were flexible with my timing. John was knowledgable and did an excellent job with the inspection. He found deficiencies and explained everything to me. He answered all my questions. John emailed the inspection document, complete with many photos, very promptly. He performed the water test and delivered it to the lab and sent document immediately. I had accidently paid too much for the inspection, and was quickly refunded. Talk about honest! If I could give a contractor 10 stars, this company would be the one!!

He was able to come over quickly, inspected everything thoroughly and got us a report back that day! Very happy with with this company & would recommend them!

The company was not up to date on Rural Development's inspection requirements but gladly made the calls and got updated and returned to finish the inspection. Also, the water sample was taken on Sunday to mail on Monday but the lab did not receive it within the 48 hour limit due to holiday slower mail so the company will make a third trip to test the water. So they uncomplainingly will have 3 trips invested for the one charge. Very nice and accommodating. Inspector brought over the shoe booties to protect my floors, which was very considerate. Other than the time factor, which could POSSIBLY have been lessened if the forms had been current, I am very happy with this company and will recommend them to others.

Excellent written report, very detailed inspection. Covered every area of the house including crawl space and well.

This company apparently charged a fixed rate for roof inspection. I'd specified before hand an inspection of a very limited area of the roof which required only a matter of minutes to accomplish. I considered the fee for this service to be absorbently high for the service rendered.

responsive and thorough.

He did an inspection of the roof for leaks externally. He didn t go beneath the roof where he could. He charged what I believe was a high price for what he did. Another roofer came out and didn t do as thorough of a job but said there was indications of water in the roof which John had missed. No one knows where the water is coming from.

I highly recommend John he did a wonderful job.

They were timely, they were there completing the inspection the next day
