Luis Gomez was here today with his crew to clean-up and waterproof my crawlspace. They did an excellent job! Access to the crawlspace is in rhe master bedroom closet, but they took a lot of care to protect my home. They were so efficient and customer focused. I am very particular about my home, but they covered everything with protective plastic and left my home spotless. Thank

Should have went with Terra firma. They fixed a foundation leak but installed a sump pump drain pipe incorrectly. Three drywall contractors indicated they could not install new drywall due to the poorly installed pipe. I notified Johnâ  s who said their quality control person would have to review. After waiting many days I contacted again as it was holding up the project. The repair was approved over the phone. They scheduled the repair a ways out. I hired a drywall installer to repair based on their date. They canceled the appointment so they could finish a new customer rather than an existing customer who they poorly completed work for. That pushed my drywall completion weeks back due to his busy schedule. Johnâ  s repaired the poor installation but they left our back gate open and our dog got out that night. We searched for 90 minutes for him before a neighbor found him. Johnâ  s denied leaving the gate open even though they were the only ones in the backyard for days. Sleazy move not stepping up to admit it and apologize.

Overall they did a nice job but there was some communication issues between sales and installers so the scope of work changed mid stream. But the quality of work was very good.

Friends who know what our basement looked like before are flabbergasted. The information they send you after you contact them is super educational and everyone was prompt, polite, and professional. Wish we'd done this sooner.
