Johnson appliance repair

I found Mr. Johnson thru Home Advisor and have used him twice and I have had a great experience both times. My microwave quit working over the Labor Day weekend so I purchased a new one and my husband and I could not install it ourselves so I called him first thing this morning, he came this afternoon , installed it and carried away our old one and charged me a very reasonable price with a 10% discount. I told him, see you next time.

The technician was on time, polite, and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my top loading washing machine. He needed a part, ordered it, went to pick it up, returned promptly and completed the repair all within an hour. He cleaned up the laundry room before he departed. This was excellent service I will gladly use Johnson Appliance Repair again. Only suggestion would be a receipt with a breakout of labor and parts amounts rather than just a receipt for the total amount paid.

The disposer got jammed with artichoke leaves because I didn't know about the deleterious effects thereof. I tried to unjam it myself, failed, called these guys and a man named Michael came and got it done. It was a wonderful thing.

The repairman as professional, quick, friendly...The work was done and is working great! This is my second experience with this company and I will definitely call them again,

Repairman showed up a little bit early. Repairman looked at both washing machine and dishwasher. Washing machine was completely clogged and took quite awhile to unclog. At first the technician felt it was a inoperative pump and because of cost and age of dishwasher suggested we might want to purchase a new one but he decided to look a little further and found that the pump was just frozen because the dwelling we just purchased had set vacant for at least 6 months. It only took a few seconds to unfreeze and it has been working fine ever since. Besides being reasonable in cost technician was also very friendly and courteous. I will definitely call them the next time I have an appliance issue.

We had an issue with a clothes washer that we knew could be something easy to fix or something really expensive. We just didn't know which it was. The technician came in, looked the machine over and gave us his honest assessment, which resulted in us deciding to buy a new machine and not spend a ton of money on a temporary repair. The technician could have easily convinced us to do something that benefited him, but didn't. I greatly appreciate the honesty and would recommend them.

Called back promptly Same day service. Had to order part, so was several days before actual repair. Once part arrived, came same day to install.

They worked very hard to find the most cost effective repair for the refrigerator and they managed to do that without replacing the defrost board. It was just the defrost relay which was not as costly so for that I am thankful. They were prompt and the charge for the services was very fair for as hard as they worked. I would definitely use them again for any appliance that I need repaired.

I emailed from Home Advisor on Sunday and they were at my house the next day by noon (it wasn't an emergency). I was so happy to have them out there so quickly. They were on time and easy to deal with!!

Response and repair was complete in about 2 hours.

More than two weeks now, machine is in pieces, all parts that were ordered did not fix the problem. Supposedly waiting on another part since the middle of last week. Contacted the owner a few days into the repair. He was very rude, calling me impatient, for I was calling to see when they would be out to fix.,for I was told it would be fixed by the end of the week. Was forced to make a deposit, which I did not agree with, was told because I wouldn't back out of the repair. I am in limbo....I used the HomeAdvisor for the ads were positive , not a good experience

He came and found the problem. went to get the part and came back and installed it the same day.

Parts were ordered immediately and work was completed as promised.

The tech that came to look at my dryer was very nice. He took the time to check the dryer completely and tried to get it to work without replacing costly parts. I would highly recommend them and call them for any other repairs I need.

Very professional, timely & affordable. Our refridgerator needed a new cooling unit & Mr. Johnson came in, found the problem, went to get the part to fix it & was done within 2 hours time. He was very polite & professional. I'm glad we called Johnson Appliance repair instead of waiting the week for Sears to be able to fix the same problem for 3 times the amount.

Came when promised. Price quoted for new relay switch (135.00)for fridge including labor was what I paid. I had the part replaced before by my dad, the part he got was 50.00. After checking online for what others charge I feel I got a great deal for the repair and a better relay switch which I was assured would never go out like the last two used, unless of course the compressor should fail. Overall happy. Very friendly and considerate.

They made time to come out even though they were very busy.

He came a little early (after calling for approval) and did the job well - as long as it lasts, I'm delighted.
