We had trouble with our sump pump. It was running all the time. I hired Dave and he promised to replace the sump pump and add another one. We gave a $1000 deposit for $10,000 worth of work. He was supposed to start on 1/3/18. He gave us a basic invoice and receipt for the $1000. He promised a detailed drawing of the project after he made a basic drawing and said he would sent it and I never received it and I tried calling him and his phone was disconnected and still no work has been done.

The owner of this company went above & beyond to complete my project, even giving me advice & great tips to make it even better! I’m a perfectionist & so is he. Highly recommend!

Charged 220 when was only in house 15 minutes

rod called while I was still on the phone with Home Advisor, had someone out with in the hour, and came close to a bid by another contractor who wasn't available until October. Waiting to see if it solves our water problem and getting another bid from this company for a different issue.

I had an emergency job on Sunday they showed up when they said they would and completed the job in a very professional manner.

POOR service once the check was cashed....charged more than the original estimate....would never do business with this company again.

$110 in parts for an outside silcock ($35 part), 4" of PEX tubing, and 1 inline PEX connector? $125 service fee just for visiting? 2 hours to do said install @ $125/hour? The guy spent *maybe* 30 minutes actually doing work. I asked for an estimate upfront but wasn't given one, so shame on me for allowing work to continue. Another company had already quoted 1/3 the prices of these guys and so I assumed, to be competitive, they would be in the same ballpark. How completely wrong I was. After contacting, they knocked $100 of the $500 bill but that was sill insulting. Spend your money elsewhere.

$125 JUST TO SHOW UP BUT DID NOT TELL ME UNTIL AFTER WORK WAS DONE. $125 AN HOUR. TOOK 20 MINUTES TO FIX AND CHARGED ME $250. RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF

Despite a rapid response to my initial request for a service call and estimate to replace a hot water heater., it took several days and two reschedules to finally get them to come out to install the hot water heater. There was poor communication between the home office and the field technician. Might have caught them on a bad week.

The workmanship was good. I felt a little uneasy about the way the whole transaction was handled and the one plumber was very unprofessional and condescending. I would feel more comfortable hiring a different company in the future.
