Johnson Flooring

Hired Johnson to build a trench under my house due to standing water, rip up some floors that were rotted, level out all of my subfloors and install vinyl planks in both bathrooms, living room and kitchen. He dug the trench right. He only leveled out a couple of spots instead of all of my flooring which I paid him 3000 just to do the leveling and then went anyways and installed the planks over the uneven subfloors. He and his workers did a lot of shortcuts and instead of leveling out my floors right, they used cardboard.. yes cardboard to put under the planks to halfway even out my subfloors. I have had many of problems with my flooring since being laid and have had to replace a lot due to them being uneven and popping up. Overall I paid Johnson close to 5k and we are still having to fix a bunch of his shortcut work. The contract states he will fix any of his work that is messing up for a year but at this point I would rather myself and my husband do the work right. Johnson and his workers are very sociable and kind but the quality of work is not recommendable even after I had tried to correct the work he was doing to my house. The patterns of the floor he laid are good but as the flooring was laid, they were sliding heavy tools all around and my not cheap floor was left with many scratches after completed.

Mr. Johnson did a great job on our floors. He installed wood flooring and ceramic tile throughout our whole downstairs and it looks beautiful. He was always on time and very professional. Great customer service! I would recommend Johnson Flooring to everyone.

I hired him to do my kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and three bathrooms. He was was on time. If he said he'd be there at 8 o'clock, he'd be there at 8 o'clock. He was professional and respectful. He wore footies, and even offered to clean my carpets when done. There are so many positives about this guy! He fixed some uneven tiles from a different contractor, and even stuck with the estimated price he gave you. I would hire him any time to do work in my home.

I bought my own materials and he did all the work. Excellent work great value.
