Timely, very business like, job accomplished on time, front to back of living room.

They are very responsive, flexible and professional.

A little confusing about the process. Once we got it squared away they do excellent work. My floors are perfect.

Would have appreciated a heads up that Mr. Johnson would not be on site during the process. The 2 gentleman that showed up and performed the work were very professional and did a great job and were very easy to work with. Mr Johnson, on the other hand, if very hard to deal with after the job is completed. Mr Johnson said during his sales pitch that he would come back within a year of the job being completed to touch up any scratches, free of charge. We had a couple of appointments for Mr Johnson to come touch up a single scratch but were not notified until the day before the appointment that he could not keep said appointment; if we hadn't contacted Mr Johnson ourselves the day before the appointment to confirm an arrival time, we may never have known he could not make said appointment. Mr Johnson seems far too busy with his commercial contracts to deal with the customer service side of his residential business. After telling Mr Johnson I would be poorly reviewing him on Home Advisor, he hung up on me and I haven't heard from him since. Mr Johnson took exception to me calling out his poor customer relations with us stating 'I don't have time for your BS, please find someone else to fix your scratch'. I would not recommend this business.

It all started when I asked if he could do it for a lesser price than the original quote. Earl without hesitation said yes. Never ask for a better price. All quality and cleaning goes out the door apparently. Every room in our house was a complete mess. None of the rooms in the house were sealed nor were the kitchen cabinets. We had to clean the entire house including all clothes hung in closets and all dishes, pans, and anything else in our kitchen cabinets. I also have had to pick up cigarette buts from my yard. I asked why he did not seal or clean anything and I was told because I asked for a lower price. If he had told me this from the beginning I could have either went with someone else or sealed the rooms with plastic myself. We ended up having to be out of our house 3 extra nights to clean. Earl did make it back to help clean but spent a total of 45 minutes. We spent more than that on our upstairs bathroom alone.

Earl was very quick and professional explained what was needed to be done. He and his helper removed old rug and refinished my red oak floors. Job was completed in 2 days with no mess to clean up after. Recommend his services to all looking for floor refinishing.

Earl was very prompt and efficient. He was able to schedule my floor refinishing project immediately. The floor came out absolutely beautiful! Better than the original factory finish. My only complaint is the very intense odor took about a week to subside because it is an oil based finish which is more durable.

Earl is very professional. he takes pride in his work, as he should. we were very pleased with him and his helper. I would recommend him to anyone and will be calling him back in to do more work when we finish our addition.

It was a holiday weekend we were not told in advance we needed to pay cash other than that we are extremely pleased with our floors

We started out to refinish the floor and then determined that the one area needing repair would be too costly and difficult to match the rest of the flooring. Earl switched gears and installed a new floor instead. He includes customers in the process. They explain what they are doing along the way. Floor looks great!!

Earl was great to work with, he's honest and did specifically what he said he would and the floors came out beautiful!:) I would definitely recommend this company. He was also organized in sending the contract over. Very impressed!

they did an awesome job, i couldn't ask for better. This was a major stress reliver. I needed it done as soon as possible, 1000 square footage done in two days.
