Explained all items used and assured us that our little dog would be fine. Also, the thing we really appreciated was no surprise bills. Same price as phone call. Was going to have to raise the next 2 appts a little due to our problem. But didn't just "do it". Asked permission and explained why the price change. We're only talking about $25-$50, but no surprises! Things noticed that needed repair, didn't just "do it" either. So far, we've been very happy with our choice.
