The tech who installed my air con pointed out an error of the condenser size that the estimator overlooked. Also, pointed out a wiring problem instead of just hooking up the new condenser so I could get an election to fix the problem. It was like he was more interested in doing he job right instead of just getting the installation done.

Our furnace was 34 years old and our water heater was not up to code, which we didn't realize until the service rep showed us what was substandard. We had both the furnace and water heater replaced. Even with unforeseen complications, the work was completed within a few days. The technicians were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient.

They are just entering the HVAC game, so the price seemed too good to be true -- I mean you usually don't hire a plumber to replace your furnace-- but everything was on-time, courteous, and complete. Should really consider changing their name to "Johnson Plumbing and Air"

The technician was very professional and friendly. They sent out the technician immediately, who recommended a new furnace after trying to fix the unit. They were willing to put in the furnace with a day's notice. Every other contractors I contacted couldn't do the job for weeks. Wonderful.

Johnny did a great job replacing our bathroom sinks, but he broke a piece of cabinet trim. He said he would replace it. I told him to just send it to me or drop it off and I would replace it myself. I never heard from him or got the piece of trim I was promised.

He was the politest person, explained everything, worked efficiently, arrived on time, completed the job within the time frame stated, left the site clean. I would definitely recommend him & should we ever need a plumber, I will call him. Thank you for being such an outstanding business.

My crawl space had 1 1/2 inches of standing water. Johnson Plumbing (Mike and Johnny) came over and gave me an estimate the day I submitted my job request on Home Advisor. From the 3 estimates I received Johnson plumbing estimate was a fair and reasonable price. What made this company stand out was there knowledge and experience. After speaking with Mike and Johnny I felt I could really trust this company to do a good job. I was right this company did a fantastic job and there costumer service was outstanding. I know I made the right decision in hiring Johnson's Plumbing. I am very pleased with there work. They will be my go to company for all my plumbing needs but hopefully I won't having any for awhile. At least I now know who to call when a problem arises. I am so happy I hired Johnson Plumbing.

OMG ... They were the BEST! Johnathan is heaven sent and so personable :-) They were the first to call and showed up promptly... in fact early ... which was a blessing as I had no water in my bathroom sink :-( Johnathan will be back to fix my shower which has very little water pressure. Loved them!

Awesome!! Quick to respond, arrived promptly. Took the time necessary to hear what I believed I needed done, provided recommendations on project, fixtures, propane heaters etc. Started the job promptly. Worked with me on modifications I needed and dealt directly with my propane provider on the details for the installation. Kept me up to date on the details and schedule, this was a large project and they were very dedicated and efficient. The team knows and demonstrates the meaning of Customer Service. They showed respect for our property, project and animals. I highly recommend Johnson Plumbing and the crew of Mike, Johnny and Eric.

First to call and set appt. Arrived promptly. Listened to my concerns and went right to work. I have gone thru H.A. before and knew they would be qualified and local. The techs were definitely customer oriented and so far, all my faucets and drains are running well. I shall definitely call them if I need their help again, and shall recommend them (I asked for their business card).

These guys are great. I met with Mike first, and explained the extent of the work that needed to be done. I had two bath tub/showers ripped out and replaced due to mold and poor installation. The master bathroom was awful, and had to be stripped down to the studs, and even then studs had to be replaced because the rot and mold was so bad. The second bathroom wasn't nearly as bad but was still in desperate need of replacement. The initial quote seemed steep but we knew that it was a big job so we hired them. We were told that it would take likely 2 weeks to do both bathrooms and that seemed completely reasonable. The job actually took 4. It was a bit inconvenient, as we had guests at the house, and having 4 people share one bathroom for a week was rough. Actual work time was probably only 6 or 7 days, but there was a lot of time in between where we never saw them due to waiting on parts, emergency calls for other customers, etc. The bathrooms were a health hazard and had to be replaced, and having never had to hire a plumber before I figured what I was paying was a fair price. After talking to the gentleman who did the majority of the work, I found out that the cost of parts and labor spent on my house was significantly less than what I was quoted and even he was surprised to learn what we were paying. The guys were very professional and accommodating and I'm very happy with the work that was done. The new bathrooms look fantastic, and I feel much better about allowing my children into them since I know there's no more mold and it's safe for them to be in there. I am just disheartened to learn from someone who works for the company that I was being overcharged and there was nothing I could do about it, and nor could he.
