    He called to let me know when he was on the way. He fixed the dripping faucet in the main bathroom. He found the problem with the outside faucet dripping and had to leave to get a part. When he returned he fixed the problem quickly. The associate kept me informed on what was going on. He was very pleasant and respectful. I would highly recommend. this business based on this associate.

    I hired this. Mop at through home advisor and find it to be overly expensive (over $300.00 per hour). I feel they saw an opportunity for price gouging and went for it. As to the quality of work really not sure finished about 2 hours ago. We will see if the work lasts and if they stand behind their work, especially since it was highly expensive.

    Sir, this is why we called you to give you pricing information once we had the total scope of work. We were not the first company you had out to look at the broken PVC lines, so you had an opportunity to go with another contractor if you so chose. You agreed to the price we gave you. Our labor rate is nowhere near $300/hr. The pricing was based off of the amount of work that was to be done, the area in which work was needed (in the ceiling in the garage), and the material to complete the job. Labor was included in the total price we gave you.
