Excellent customer service. Scheduled my appointment promptly and notified me when the technician was in route to the appointment. The technician was courteous and professional. He took time to cover his boots so that my floors remained clean and he answered all of my questions and explained his process for clearing the drain. The technician provided me with insights on how to keep my drains clear. Will definitely use this company if I have any other plumbing issues.

I was pleased with the fact that the plumber explored the problem quickly and correctly on his first visit and arrived with the repair material and repaired the problem on his second visit to our satisfaction.

The price was a bit high but in today's costs of repairs and such I felt it was most likely in line. The service was prompt and time was well spent. My time was respected as well as my property. Service person was courteous, thorough, and efficient. I was given the opportunity to accept or decline before any work was done.

Representative came that evening. Did not have all parts needed, so did temporary fix and came back next day to complete project.

Called one day and our plumber, Robert Simmons, came the next. He knew what he was doing and fixed the problem. I will call him again.

It took plumber 10 to 15 minutes, he used supplies,you could get at Home Depot for $14.00 total and I had to pay $256.00. Something is wrong there. He replaced the shut-off valve in my bathroom. And he was literally here less than 15 minutes. Sorry but I just do not understand that.

Showed up on time, was efficient in fixing the leak under the sink, and was pleasant.

Had a clogged toilet. Several days we tried to resolve the clogged toilet with no success. Mr. Rooter was called and they were prompt responding to our problem. Courteous and prompt and quickly resolved our problem. The are a great service. My lack of marking all stars is how much it cost to unclog a toilet. Took all of maybe 10 minutes to resolve such a common but irritating problem. The cost was too high in my view. Service was great. Just too expensive.

Had an emergency leak at a toilet seal that flooded the upstairs. He made time to look at it immediately and got everything repaired. Called me to let me know exactly what he found and what it would take to make the repairs.

He fixed everything that needed to be fixed. He also went above and beyond without charging me any additional work.

We hired the Rooter side of Johnson Plumbing. I appreciated that they wore booties in the house to keep carpet clean and took care to contain mess. They were prompt and professional.

I received a phone call from Mr. Rooter approximately 30 seconds after hitting the "Submit" button on Home Advisor looking for quotes. Billie kept me in the loop throughout the entire process on the status of the plumber coming to my home and what to expect. Mr. Rooter gave me a no-cost estimate (on a Saturday afternoon). Jimmie told me exactly what my problem was and what parts I needed to fix it. I went out and bought the parts on my own and Jimmie returned the following morning to do the install. Mr. Rooter was prompt, courteous and professional. I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended.
