Called Johnson Plumbing and Backflow Services LLC as we had a sudden leak due to pipe corrosion. It was getting worse by the day and we needed two areas of pipe replaced/repaired. I tried a couple friend-recommended local businesses and then a large chain with local offices. Could not get anyone to call back for nearly two full days. I went to HomeAdvisor as we had previously used the service and was given Johnson Plumbing as pro contact. John Johnson replied within a few minutes. He gave an actual response day and time that was quick and never changed it. He called and asked a few questions and we sent a couple photos of the repair area to him. He was responsive in communication. Arrived as scheduled and made a solid repair. I am a no-drama consumer and he is a no-drama professional. Great work at a good price. Will now recommend him to others and in the future will definitely use his company for any other plumbing needs.
