(JP) family of firms is the Johnson Design Professionals (JDP) design consulting division specializing in architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) services. The practice is led by Dr. Rick D. Johnson and implements technical expertise applicable to projects in the building industry. Using a proprietary strategic business model, JDP works with its clients in unique ways that directly relate to their specific issues to uncover the most effective solution. JDP has capabilities on many types of building design and construction projects, and our professional consultants and partners are licensed practitioners with unique skills and abilities. I have a rental property that I purchased and it required multiple rooms of renovation work throughout between two units (2-family flat). A couple of years back Johnson Professionals provided a new parking lot design that was required for a church client in Detroit. The design required a completely new layout where there was vacant land with no existing parking provided. The firm provided the design and the construction documents to pull the permit to construct the work, which also included some underground civil infrastructure work such as drainage. There was also a design completed for a new addition to the rear portion of the church, adjacent to the new parking lot, but the church has not yet completed that portion. However, the design for the new addition was well thought out and will look great when the church moves forward on that portion. This is a great design firm and their work is impeccable.

As a design and construction professional firm, MAS has worked [and still] works in conjunction with Johnson Professionals on various projects and this firm has always delivered a professional and quality project. My husband and I needed to finish the design of our new two-story home, which included everything on the interior space that the original builder did not get to yet. Since we purchased the home before it was finished, we needed to finish designing various areas of the home including kitchen, bathrooms, living room, family room, dining, etc. Johnson Professionals took care of all the details by the time we moved in and everything was just the way we wanted it. I would certainly recommend this company to design, and or build any home or structure that you may have in mind.
