John doesnt know enough about dryers to be working on them. He came out (late) two times to try and fix my dryer and left after stating I needed a new motor. He put two different parts on the dryer to no avail. Dont waste your time and money on this guy, hes worthless.

"and what usually happens is after I do the repair to fix the heating problem I tell the customers to have their heat work duck cleaned out and they never do did you get your heating duct work cleaned out I'm just curious I just repairman the last time I checked they don't make a device that tells you exactly what the problem is and once again when I get done with my repairs on my heating problems on my customers dryers I always remind them to have their duct work cleaned out did you I would guess probably not anyway have a nice day if you don't get the ductwork cleaned out in the dryer can't breathe it will overheat and prematurely burn out t"

My experience was horrible. He tried to blame it on my plumbing when I can clearly see water leaking out of the washing machine. He smelled like beer and cigarettes and I would never recommend this company.

He called to say he was running late but still was a little pas when he said he would arrive. I thought what he charged what to much. for time spend on the job i expected to pay half what I did. I did pay his price because I needed the repair do quickly.

"well you got to keep the mind I don't run a corporate office motivated business I'm simply just a man in a van with a plan sometimes time gets a little behind on me and for the most part what I offer all my services comes with a one year warranty even if the parts are only good for 90 days or less I still give a 1 year warranty and I have been in business for over 10 years and have done my research only to find that my pricing is completely reasonable especially with the one-year warranty I provide"

Honest. Will talk with you and explain possible problems and not try to charge you for unneeded work. Friendly and very helpful. He listened to what problem was and fixed the problem and went step further explaining what other issues could be if this didn't fix the problem but it was fixed. I would gladly recommend.

Mr. Johnson was quick to respond, very flexible with scheduling, service was professional and his fee was reasonable, cost of the part was a little high but not any fault of his. Overall I would recommend and use him in the future

Johnson repair went above and beyond, as my washing machine broke on December 21st. They came out to my home (1/2 hour drive) diagnosed the problem, determined the replacement part was available, and made the 1 hour round trip to obtain the part. The machine was up and working for the beginning to the Holiday Weekend! THANK YOU!

Johnny came out right away and told me straight up what was wrong with our dryer. Very reasonable price for just coming out to do diagnostic work. Cheaper than Sears home repair!

Very unprofessional. Overcharged us $122 for a part. Confronted him on this when found out the true price of the part. Said he would provide a refund; that was 2 weeks ago, and still no refund. Do NOT use this service. This individual CANNOT be trusted.
