Ken came out to replace an old water softener. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and was able to turn a previously done bad job (not up to code for sure) into a nice clean install. We couldn't be happier. He went above and beyond to correct the plumbing with no additional charge. He left the work area cleaner than when he arrived and the placement changes he made freed up some much needed space. Would highly recommend Johnson Water and Ken to anyone who needs a water softener.

One of the most professional, reasonably priced and courteous providers I have discovered in a very long time. After going through many plumbing companies and providers, I am glad we came across a provider that is honest and knows what needs to be done. Greg was very prompt and priced the project correctly, he called the day of to inform us when to expect their team ( Norm & Ken) They were very prompt, knew what needs to be done, gave us recommendations on what needs to be done in the future and shared some useful information on the pros and cons of the project. They offered to dispose the packaging and were very courteous through out the time they were on the project. I am confidant that we have finally found the right professionals and will use them for all our future requirements. I would highly recommend Johnson water conditioning for all your requirements with water treatment & purification.

Called back very quickly, discussed details and options, worked with my budget constraints by offering alternatives, and scheduled my project for the next morning. Very courteous by calling back to confirm and letting me know the time of arrival. Came right on time, professional in demeanor and in doing the work. Explained what had been done, how to operate and maintain, and left the work area and pathway through the house to the front door clean. Very pleased with the service.

The salesman and installer were both awesome. But a number of repeated, and very negative/offensive calls were placed to me by one woman in customer service - which keeps me from giving 5 stars on customer service. If you don't have to deal with that horrible woman, the company and product are great.

We chose Johnson Water Conditioning because they are a well established company, who not only services water treatment systems, but carries them as well. Should we have any problems with our water softener system, which I do not expect to have, we will know who to call for extended service! Very polite and knowledgeable salesman and installer.
