Johnston Cleaning

Business owner, Honesty, might be the most unprofessional housekeeper in Billings. She tried to charge me over double than what she quoted me at. After arriving at the property and confronting her about the sudden price increase, she threatened that she had to **leave before something bad happens**. She threatened me with a lawyer multiple times because I paid her the original amount she quoted me at instead of the doubled amount she came up with once the job was done. She never notified me the job would take longer than expected. To top it all off, my landlord had a large list of items that still needed to be cleaned upon move out inspection, which included baseboards, window sills, blinds, sinks, refrigerator, and pretty much everything else I hired her to clean. I would never recommend this company unless you want to get harassed about paying what was quoted and then end up having to clean yourself anyways.

I would hire them again.

They were on time, did a lot of cleaning in a short period of time.

The cleaner was prompt to come and give appraisal. When it was found that extra work was needed, cleaner called first for approval. All work was excellent quality.

She is a great worker.
