Our plumber, Wayne, was outstanding. Something that Bullseye quoted us to be $720 - was Less than $200. Wayne showed a vast understand for the work performed and even walked me through what work was needed and why. I am beyond happy with the quality or work, and customer service provided.

I have been using Jolly Plumbing for years. They gave me a quote over the phone for a water heater replacement. They quoted me $1450. The seller I am working with approved and we scheduled. Jolly Plumbing typically does my property management work orders and I have not had an issue, however this was for a listing that is closing and needs a new water heater. They were booked for today Thursday August 22, 2019 to go out. The technican Troy went out, had to call me for acess we talked, he got in and drained and disconnected the water heater and shut off water to the house, then Troy gave me a call to let me know that with codes upgrades and for the type of water heater it was, we would be looking at $4324.69 or the replacement. I immediately denied the work and then he tried to negotiate and asked me how much I was able to approve. He then left the house with the water shut off and water heater drained. I called the office and spoke to Adam who is the manager, he was defensive and never apologized for the situation. The problem is that when I called I asked them to go out to give the estimate, Adam gave me one over the phone and would not go to the property to give an estimate. Due to my past experience, I trused their quote. They should have called me immediately when they knew they could not do the job for the price before they started draining the water heater. The price almost trippled in cost. They also should never leave a home without water. Adam did send Troy back out to turn the water on per my request. I have requested to speak to the owner Peter who is currently at his cabin and hope that he cares about his long term clients. I am saddened by the bait and switch aspect of this situation.
Response from Company:
Based on my discussion with our team I found that we could not perform this job at the quote given as the heater was a Direct Power Vent with Foam Core piping. This is an increased cost in both the water heater and also the labor involved to meet code. We could not honor the quote given to you as requested and this was not a bait and switch. I have discussed with our plumbers and also Adam in regards to your comments on starting the replacement of a water heater before informing the client of the increased cost. Please contact me at info@jXXXXas I would like to discuss further. Joey D.

We had been waiting for 2 days to have a contractor accept our job (no hot water). I called Jolly and Cheryl answered the phone so nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Daniel the plumber was excellent and showed us how to light the pilot light should it go out again.
Response from Company:
Thanks for the review Winifred.

Cecil, was experienced with repairing frozen pipes, he knew just where to cut the Sheetrock to find the leaks, and was always concerned about doing the least amount of damage. I was impressed.

Cecil was a delight and extremely knowledgeable. Our project required two visits and both times he was extremely professional, courteous, and thorough. I doubt we will need any further faucets or plumbing lines (to include the line to the dishwasher and the other line for refrigerator) for many more years. I am grateful he also troubleshot the pressure issue in our kitchen sink- turns out a very old o-ring broke and clogged our line. Highly recommended.
Response from Company:
Jennifer, Thanks for the review. I will pass this along to Cecil and Tracy, his manager.
