Robert was incredibly difficult to work with. He was poor at communication, late on several deadlines, which caused other trades not to be able to compete their work. He missed several things that were required for city inspection. We've had continued problems with the electrical work in the house, and after contacting him he never came back to fix the issues. Several trades were all able to work well together, but Robert was the only one that had a problem with them. The other trades complained about him and he complained about all the other trades. He had to retrofit the things he missed on the city inspection, so we have 3 tubes running down the side of the house that are not very pretty.

The ceiling fan does vibrate at high speed. Not sure if balanced wrong or just the fan. Either way, these are great people and I will use them again.

They did a good job installing the lights and the ceiling fans. I am very happy with the work that was done.

My understanding was he would come to our home and give me a quote late in the afternoon. I wasn't expecting to do the work that afternoon as I had other plans . The quote seemed to be a fair price . He immediately started remove the electrical outlet stating it was a fairly simple procedure. Well , it turned out not to be so simple. He said he needed to go into the attic . Since the opening to the attic is inside our tightly packed closet I told him we should finish that the next day as I needed to remove items in the closet so he could have access to the attic. He came back and finished the next day as agreed. I paid him the amount we had agreed on . He looked at the check and stated that I owed him $ 75 more because he had to come back. At that point I just wanted it to be done so took the check back and wrote another check for the agreed amount plus $75 . He then stated that he would send me a receipt by email a when the check cleared. I have not received the receipt as of this date . My feeling is that the transaction was handled very unprofessionally . mailassoonas

Hired to find an electrical outage..charged us $190.00 total after two service trips. He did not fix anything.

Robert did a great job installing 4 recessed can lights in our media room and added both an electrical outlet and dropping a cable line onto the fireplace - a request other contractors told us could not happen. The only reason the work quality did not receive 5 stars was due to not recommending to cover the furniture and electronics prior to installing the can lights. Installing can lights is a messy installation.

Although he was not able to repair my ceiling fan he was honest in his assessment of the problem and recommended my options. The fan had been incorrectly installed years previously which had damaged the motor. He was able to make the fan light work. In my estimation honesty, truthfulness and available options are as important than the work itself. Price was appropriate for the problem.

They are true to their word. They did what they said they'd do, Quick! They charged a reasonable price, and were very courteous. I will be using them again.
