Scam! This is a company that uses bait and switch tactics. I was told by the salesperson that the plan is quarterly and I could cancel at anytime at no additional cost. I received a text that said the plan was bimonthly. When I asked the salesman he said it would change to quarterly after I received my first treatment and the free follow-up egg cycle treatment in two weeks. When they charged me for the egg cycle treatment I tried to cancel. This is when the representative tried to give me a one time discount. When I said no, he then tried to give me a monthly discount, I again said no, and he offered me a â lifetimeâ discount. I refuse to use a pest control service that uses such shady business tactics. They guaranteed to rid my yard of wasps. Wasps returned after a week of being â servicedâ . They claim this is the egg cycle, contradicting their guarantee. The company is now trying to charge me a $150 cancellation fee which I will dispute as fraud. Theyâ ve already charged me $300 for the initial treatment and what was supposed to be a free egg cycle follow up. Do not fall for this companyâ s schemes.

Buyer Beware. Dishonest and unethical sales tactics. These people showed up, claiming to work with several of my neighbors. They offered a highly discounted price since they were already going to be in the area to treat my yard. After assuring me there was no commitment to further services and discussing the leaf cutter ant problem that I had, I agreed to a treatment. When they showed up for treatment, they tried to leave after treating only 1/4 of the yard. After some dialog, the man begrudgingly did the whole yard, though not without quite a bit of huff. The treatment had zero impact on my leaf cutter ant problem, so I called and said I did not want any further treatments. The next thing I heard was that I was now breaking a non-existent contract, and there would be a penalty of over $400 dollars. They continue to harass me with daily calls.

CJ and Joey did a great job, they explained everything well and answered all questions! Highly recommend them for all they did o get rid of our spiders and bugs!

I made the change to Ecoshield over a month ago. I had Home Team prior. I wasnâ t looking to change but I liked Jon, he was up front, confident and honest. Heâ s a vet as well so I chose to support him. I havenâ t seen a single pest on my property since. Great job Jon thank you sir!
