I cannot rate the value for money since I did not get several estimates. This review was not accepted without rating the value. I was advised of the cost in advance of securing the service. The cost was higher than the range estimated by Home Advisor however, I chose to receive the service. I have no complaints of the service provided. Jon arrived at the predesignated time. He was personable and efficient. He offered some suggestions to improve the value for resale. The final report was completed within the timeframe offered. I am not a professional in this field however, I chose a truly professional person to complete this portion of the estate process. Thank you Jon for your service. Hopefully, I won't need this in the near future but, is so, you're hired!
