Definitely would hire again, Rikki did imagine job. My whole apartment was cleaned with precision, and attention to detail. Honestly looks better than when I moved into the unit. Highly recommend!

I received a basic home cleaning from Jonas family cleaning. I am more than pleased with the service I received! My home was cleaned to my personal standards which in my opinion (and experience with other companies) isn’t always easy to meet. With that being said; the women sent to provide said service I was instantly comfortable with. She was punctual, professional and personable. I’d also say very family friendly as I have little ones. I felt comfortable with her in my home. I am scheduled for a bi-weekly afternoon clean from her and have confidently provided key and codes for entry. It’s a relief that I don’t feel the need to rearrange my schedule to be present every time as that can become a hassle. I highly recommend this company!

Chrissy came out and did a deep clean ahead oh my 4th of July party that I’ll be hosting and she was fantastic! She cleaned placed I didn’t even know needed to be cleaned! Very thorough and professional. I’ll definitely be using them again! I’d give a ten star rating if I could!

The quality of service was inconsistent, often cutting corners. We also had several items from our home go missing (clothes, shoes, jewelry, cookware, etc). When letting the owner know that we suspected stealing, we never received a response. They just stopped showing up.

I've used this service for the last 3 months as they are easy to work with, punctual and perform and excellent level of service. They are on a bi-weekly plan to come by and perform the cleaning because I liked how thorough they are. The bathrooms and showers are cleaned and the glass shower looks like it is brand new as they were able to remove all the hard water droplet marks from the glass. They performed additional services for me of window and carpet cleaning. The prices were very reasonable so they got the job! They are highly recommended.

Today was the first time my house was cleaned and I am very pleased. I provide a custom list for each room of what needs to be completed. All was completed within the time scheduled I ask for and my home looks great. I appreciate how they worked with me scheduling on Saturday mornings because many companies will not do this. I greatly look forward to my next cleaning and Randi my housecleaner did a great job!

I spoke with my supervisor who was on site and she mentioned that there was still construction on the flooring during the clean and some areas we were not able to get into. We also do a final check with the home owner before leaving to assure quality. It is my understanding that the family members there during the final review seem pleased with the results.
