Arrived 20 minutes before scheduled time (It was nice not having to wait for a late arrival.). Friendly. Efficient. Professional. When he had finished. I presented him with another project (leaking bath tub faucet) which he accepted. He had to go buy the parts, but he completed both projects in about 11/2 hour. My plumber experience was pleasant.
