Jonathan Lowrance Appliance Repair

Paid Mr Lowrance upfront for entire job including parts. Big mistake. He did not return with parts to fix my stove, and is not answering my phone calls or emails. Next time I'll be smarter about payment after services.

My dishwasher was repaired. The next day I noticed that he drilled a hole through my cabinet while screwing the dishwasher back in. I have contacted him several times to come to fix what he did, but I have been blown off each time. After all this hassle, I would not recommend Jonathon Lowrance services to anyone.

Terrible! I hired Jonathan to repair my stove and paid him over $400 on November 5, 2020. My stove is still not repaired. In his defense, part of the reason is that light bulbs for my hood are on back order, but the majority of the repair is to fix an ignitor. I texted him weekly and he kept explaining that he would the bulbs were still on back order. On November 18, he said he would make two trips if necessary. I replied that would be great and that I needed him to. On November 24 he finally replied and said the earliest he could be there would be the upcoming Wednesday. He then disappeared. I texted him on December 3 and no reply. When I texted again on the 7th he replied saying he had an emergency that took him out for a while but that he now could do it. I said I understand (Covid?) and cut him some slack. What did I get? Nothing. Again. On the 11th I texted him again and said he needed to reply ASAP or I would post an honest review and if necessary, file a police report. On Monday the 14th he said he would take care of it. Today is the 22nd. Nothing. I have reached out two more times. If he says he is coming, if he already has your money, he's not. I have never written a review like this before. I feel I have a duty to warn people of what they are getting. STAY FAR AWAY!!

Could use better communication. Has had difficulty obtaining a part. Does quick and good work when he is at your home.

Excellent experience! Weâ d been quoted huge amounts for the work by another company, but chose to lose our service call expense from them and go with Jonathan because he so obviously was telling us the truth â and knew what he was doing!

Johnathan was super nice, communicative, and thorough.

It all depends on him responding to our latest text and if it in fact normalizes. It has been 27 and a 1/2 hours since the repair was completed.

We were moving and needed some help getting our refrigerator door off so the water tube would still be functional and it was a little tricky. We needed it to be done while the moving van was still there. He fit us in his schedule and came within an hour. He was awesome and even came back the next day to hook up the door at our new home! I would recommend him!

Jonathan was right on time didn't take him long to find what the problem with my freezer freezing up bad gasket. he did his best to find another one but didn't find one. showed me how to get buy with the freezer i have.

Jonathan was thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job fixing my dish washer. He was also very fair.

Jonathan was very knowledgeable and professional. He found the problem right away and had it repaired quickly. He has the best rates around for appliance repair. I highly recommend his company to service appliances.

I only gave him 4.5 because he wasn't set up for credit card payment yet. That will probably change soon. As far as the work, competence, and professionalism go; no complaints. I would use him again.

On time and work completed quickly. Ice maker functioning again!
