Jonathan was great. Hired him to replace some exterior hose bibs, and get an estimate for installation of a water softener system. Professional work, and was honest enough to advise me that a softener system wasn't needed - costing himself a large project, but that honesty is refreshing and I will definitely hire him again when needed.

We had a leak in the pipes in our over 200 year old home, and Jonathan came out in the middle of a snowstorm to check things out and make sure the damage wasn?t getting worse. That alone told me a lot about his commitment. He assessed the situation first, then came back to complete the repair and walked me through everything step by step so I actually understood what was happening and why. With a house this old, that kind of communication really matters. Since we had just moved in, he also helped service a few other things around the house so we could get ahead of potential issues. He clearly knows his trade and takes the time to do things properly. I'm very thankful to him and the gentleman with him. What really stood out was that he followed up afterward to make sure everything was working well. That level of care is rare. He will definitely be my go to person moving forward, although hopefully we don?t see each other again until next year?s maintenance. Highly recommend.

They were fabulous. Prompt return call after initial inquiry, they were conscientious of water, dirt on shoes on my floors and put towels down. Honest, educated and absolutely fair pricing for honest work. Would call again for any type of issue.
