Everett is a very experienced and knowledgeable water guy. My water reeked of chlorine and was very hard (within three weeks of living here, my dog's water bowl had a crust of mineral hardness in bottom of bowl, so I knew the water was very hard). He tested my water and showed me the levels of chlorine (more than a public pool requires) and the hardness grains were approx. 14. I purchased a water softener and conditioner combo unit, and also a reverse osmosis system so as to have safe water for drinking, cooking and bathing, and to save my appliances from the hard water. I was very happy with his workmanship and the products installed. Taking a shower was a delight, no more nasty chlorine smell! Everett even did a few extra items for me, totally unrelated to the install, and I greatly appreciated his kindness and help! I would highly recommend this company for all your water needs! Everett Jones of Jones Air & Water did a great job of installing my new water softener, carbon filter, UV light, and drinking water reverse osmosis system. The quality of the installation was great, and his team was very professional.

Everett really knew what he was talking about. I referred him to a friend in Saint Charles. Mo. He was prompt in returning calls and coming by to look into what need to be done. His estimate was a little high, but hey you get what yo pay for.

Everett was easy to understand and easy to deal with. He and Nathan seemed to do a fine job of installing (with some needed modifications), the new system, and removing the old, broken one.

My water softener project wasn't a standard install. Jones Air & Water did an excellent job in minimum time in replumbing our water closet to accommodate the installation of the water softener. I will hire this company again!!

Good quality work

We had Jones Air & Water come out to install filtration and replace a catalytic core system that we had installed to prevent descaling. In our situation, we had a high volume of Chlorine in the water that you could definitely smell and taste. The catalytic core system, didn't live up to the expectations and we still had to deal with a heavy scale build up noticeable on all of our faucets and with two Rinnai units for on demand hot water that raised concerns about what type of build up we were having on what we couldn't see. Everett came out and was very thorough in testing the water and then explaining a recommended solution. We finally decided on a dual media tank solution that Everett and JD installed that provides us with an efficient way to not only handle the Chlorine issue, but truly conditions the water and we're noticing all of the differences that Everett explained we should see. We are very satisfied with the whole process from the review of what our situation is, the recommended solution, the installation and the end result. We highly recommend using Everett for a water treatment solution.

put expensive parts on an old furnace. didn't work. furnace stopped running. had to call another company to fix it .cost $600 for the first repair. it cost $700 for the second company.
