Jones Build and Design

Never hire this company. Jones has no ability to communicate, everything is his way or the highway. Now has he filed an illegal mechanics lien for work that was not done. He was fully paid for what he did and more, and I had to hire another contractor to fix much of what he did. Also, do not plan on any schedule because he does not believe in that.

The install looked good but when the heavy rains came, all the install deficiencies appeared. The gutters where not secured properly causing them to pull away from the facial and leak water out the back side. The drain holes on the bottom of the gutter are inadequate...I can go on. The real issue is they will not come out to fix it! They say they will but they dont. Bad decision to use this company.

They were prompt, courteous, and did a great clean job. When we needed a slight adjustment to the length of a downspout, they came out the next day with no extra charge.

They are great, accountable, affordable and they left the place cleaned up

Very professional and easy to work with.

FAST

A very professional gutter install completed in one day. They did all the prep work, cleaned up and the gutters look great. Neighbors asked me who did the work. They were also about $150 cheaper than the other two estimates.

Frank was very responsive and did excellent work. Would definitely use them again.

He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He has been doing that for a long time and has a-lot of great ideas that he recommended to me that actually ended up being cheaper. He is a very understanding guy.

I've worked with Frank for a long time for many different projects. He is always on time, does great work, and at a competitive price!

He gets back to you, is always cheerful and very accommodating. If there are any issues or concerns he will always address them at the price agreed and not throw in an extra cost. The quality and his crew are always great. He is always respectful of your space. You don't have to worry about him being at your home if you have to leave. With Frank and his crew they are there to work, take off their shoes, and get the work done. I only have great things to say about him. I use him both for commercial projects and personal ones in my own home! He is honest workers, as a retired police officer that is a big deal to me!

Anything from small projects to large he is my go to guy. Right after the storm we did about 200,000$ in work.
