Olympia Remodeling did a wonderful job on an almost full remodel of the main floor of my 1924 house in Olympia. It took a long time, but they were kind, flexible about the changes that inevitably come in up in a project of such large scope, and quick and creative about adapting to and/or fixing problems. For example, after demo, we found a probably-original chimney not associated with any extant fireplace right in the middle of the house. It would have cost a fortune to remove it. They figured out a build-around that creates a cute storage alcove without looking too awkward. I don't think they had a lot of prior experience with the type of finish carpentry they did on the interior but it turned out really attractive. They also had good contacts for things like cabinetry, plastering the walls, and fabricating the granite kitchen counter. They were sensitive to our goal of making the house more comfortable, functional, attractive, and energy-efficient while working within the smallish existing footprint and honoring the Craftsman history. Great communication

I moved into a home that had a rotten 1,000 sq ft deck. Construction loan was required as we were unable to pass inspection. Casey was not only able to navigate the complexity of the loan and all the documentation required through my loan company, but he exceeded all of my expectations. His crew was thoughtful and communicative at every turn. I have an unbelievable deck that is beyond stable and beautiful to boot. Casey and his entire crew did an amazing job. I can’t say enough about the quality of his craftsmanship for the money.

Casey communicates very well, it is clear on what is expected and when it will be completed. His team is easy to work with and quick to answer questions as well as provide ideas and options. This is a team which is not focused on putting up a project, but rather they are focused on a quality product which will meet and exceed your expectations. Casey and Kyle were professional, talented, efficient and the job came in right on their estimate. I cannot say enough nice things about them and the quality of their work. You can't go wrong hiring them. They did everything from building new shed doors, building new fence gates, repairing a fence, installing new facia, building steps to installing a new faucet and fixing a leaky toilet with the turn of a screw.

Casey and Kyle did a great job demolishing and replacing our back deck and staircase... I would recommend this company to anyone looking for top quality craftsmanship.

Corey is great. He was knowledgeable, hard-working and fun! My sister was here and will also hire Corey. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
