Jones Chimney Time

Pro arrived when expected, Actually 10 min early. The pro texted me to let me know he was there. He was very competent and professional. He also checked the pipe inside to make sure it was installed correctly. He assured us it was correct. Impressed with his work and would recommend this pro to others. In fact I have sent his name and number to a relative to use.

Nothing

The service was better than I expected. Don't hesitate to use this company.

Great work, friendly, and very punctual

He was prompt , efficient and very thorough,I was very impressed when he inspected my chimney and spotted an issue I was aware of but purposely had no mentioned to him, he found the issue and came to me with a reasonable cost proposal to fix It.

Very prompt

Very fast response and scheduling with high quality result.

Enjoyed working with Tony. He seemed to really want to help me out.

Had to have them come back and then needed to stand over him to get it done right.

Excellent work and customer service. Highly recommend Jones chimney.

the best

Jones Chimney Time arrived the day he said he would. He was friendly & easy to talk to. He inspected, cleaned and installed the two chimney caps in less than an 1/2 hour. Pretty good money for 1/2 hour's work. He didn't repair and replace the handful of cultured rock that had came off. He said he would be back in the spring to do that job. The chimney caps he brought and installed aren't the most pleasing to the eye but functional. I think he was trying to be efficient with his time by bringing universal caps with him. Tony explained that our fireplace wasn't dirty and based on that, gave some good advice about timing for our next service. If you only burn hard wood and not anything else, meaning cardboard, newspapers or gift wrappings, I understand you can go several years w/o having the fireplace cleaned however, better safe than sorry when it comes to the safety of your home and family.

They came, they saw, they conquered the cracks in the brick. Awesome!

Jones Chimney Time was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He called me right away to schedule an appointment. He was on time and got the job done! He explained everything he did and did a great job. I highly recommend him and I plan to call him again to do work for me!

Professional, knowledgable, and easy to work with.

Excellent! VERY quick returning calls and did what he said he'd do when he would do it.

He was honest and told me that although it needs work, my fireplace and chimney are completely operable right now. He did give me a quote to get everything fixed but said that can be done in the future. Thank you!

Very prompt and professional! Would highly recommend for chimney cleaning and inspection services.

on time and very efficient!

Fast response, showed up on time, did a good job, reasonable price. Couldn't ask for more.

Prompt, courteous and a job well done.

came the day after I contacted Service Magic. Returned the next day and completed the job.

Mr Jones went above and beyond with this job. We have 3 cats and a dryer vent with too many nooks and crannies. He just about had to disassemble the whole system to get the job done. We are very happy with the prompt service and courtesy.

He was very quick to call and schedule an appt with me. He was very pleasant and did a great job. He saved me a lot of money when I compared him to Mr. Sweep.
