After checking out a number of local septic service companies, I decided to go with Jones Construction and Consulting because I was very impressed with Mr. Jones knowledge of the scope of work needed to replace the 46 year old field lines in my now non-working septic field. I had a very pressing problem with available space for the new lines, and Jones had a new product, approved by both the state and local government, that would allow more than ample dissipation of water with less linear trenching than the standard system! I was presented with a written proposal outlining what work would be preformed, leaving no questions unanswered between us! On the agreed start date, Mr. Jones and his team showed up on time and ready to work exactly as he stated! It appeared that our nasty problem was about to be corrected. Alas, as with all renovation projects, you just don't know what's going to happen until you tear into it. Fortunately, Mr. Jones had anticipated potential problems and overcame them, including a cracked septic tank lid without a cleanout, really contaminated dirt, etc. seemingly without missing a beat! Not only that, but due to my strange work schedule, Mr. Jones worked with our local health and environmental safety department on the permits, submittal of field line drawings, etc. needed to complete our project. Everything Jones Construction and Consulting did made our job flow smoothly and to a successful completion! My wife and I could not be happier! So, to sum up my experience with Jones Construction and Consulting... they are a very knowledgeable, capable and thorough organization, utilizing the latest products available to fix our really bad septic system. Their earth moving equipment was in excellent condition and late model, so nothing happened to slow or stop the job due to mechanical failure. They completed the job in a most reasonable amount of time, cleaned up and organized the job site when finished, and left us with a revamped septic system that should give us years and years and years of worry free service! If I could give them 6 stars, I would, LOL! Everything done was completely explained to the point that I could understand it, and I feel that I have learned a lot about how a septic system works, and how to maintain it. All in all, fixing our very wet, and foul smelling disaster turned into a very well managed and anxiety free experience! I would highly recommend Jones Construction and Consulting. I just wish I could download the pictures of my project to help you understand the situation we were in, and the steps taken to fix it!

They did a good job, came back and did some additional work to satisfy our requests at no charge. I would and have recommended this company.
