Very unprofessional, showed up late or whenever, and does not have reliable help. He has no overhead capital for work. And does not adhere to scheduling or deadlines. Does not take ownership for mistakes, nor does he honor pricing.

We hired William and David to replace 5 windows, some fascia boards, and repair a leak around a chimney. They were professional and courteous. There will always be some surprises on a project, but they handled these with ease. The work area was cleaned during the day, and a final cleaning at the end of the work day. William did everything we agreed to in the contract plus some extra. The job was completed in the time frame William promised and within the original price quote. We will definitely use Jones Custom Remodeling and Repair for our next project.

I would recommend Mr. Jones to any one in need of building or remodeling. William and his men did an excellent job for me in building my new porch. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and attention to detail. I also feel like I gained a great friend in this process. Thank you again Mr.Jones for a job well done. It was a pleasure doing business with you When the job was completed all the scrap and waste was disposed of and I didn't have to clean up any mess. One last note and that is value for the money. You will have to look very hard to find anyone who will treat you fair and give you a written quote and not go over the amount. Excellent work ethics.

I would never recommend this company to anyone, ever. We are sorely disappointed in the work William Jones of Jones Custom Remodeling and Repair did to our built in bookshelf by our living room TV. We discussed with photo examples before the work was started how we wished our built in to look, and the outcome is awful. We have crooked cabinets, molding that does not line up, shelves that are not level etc. The entire cabinet is rough to the touch instead of smooth, the paint is chipping after being completed just yesterday, and there are areas that they sanded but did not paint afterwards. Not to mention, they dented my hardwood floors in 3 places and got plaster all over my leather sofa. I ll also have to spend a few hours with a brush scrubbing paint between the hardwood floor boards. They were so sloppy and unprofessional. And now, I m stuck with an awful looking built-in that I ll have to hire someone else out one day (when I have the money again because this was NOT cheap) to repair. Dissatisfied does not even begin to explain my anger and frustration with this company. I think afterward they knew that they were not capable of meeting my request and knew they did a detestable job because they offered me $150 off of $1850. I feel like they robbed my family. Also, if you hire them, plan for it to take twice as long as you had in mind.

Great guys, great price and great job! I hired them to paint my 2-story garage, replace exterior doors and replace wood eaves with Hardy Board. It seemed to rain every day we planned work... that didn't stop them! They were always on time, stayed late and even drove 2 hours in the rain on a Sunday to secure my house when the doors were being painted. They repaired the botched roofing job from another company... in the rain. Very hard workers and easy to deal with!

Jones Custom Remodeling was professional and courteous. My call was responded to quickly and the service requested was done the next day. I had outdoor window shutters installed. I am extremely happy and would definitely recommend and utilize their services again.
