Ryan replaced our privacy fence which was damaged during a recent storm. He did an outstanding job. He was punctual, he kept the work area nice and neat, he was knowledgeable, courteous, and his work was of the highest quality. We hired Ryan to replace the wood deck planks with trex. The project turned out to be much more complicated since much of the structure had rotted and had to b replaced. Ryan knew what to do and did it quickly and his fee was reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.

This is worst concrete job I have ever seen! In person he gives a great impression but the customer service was not so great. He always had something else to do besides the work here. He misquoted the concrete, did 3 quarters of it and had to come back the next day to finish and you can tell that he poured a different concrete on day 2. When he was done with the 2nd day and it was kind of messed up and he wanted his money right then and he would have to come back in a week to remove the forms. The concrete he poured on the second day is not at the same level as the first day, now I have puddles. He could not get some of the forms that are in the ground out and left before I could talk to him, I came out the door and he was driving away. He asked me to wire transfer his payment because we have the same bank but it said he is blocked, so I told him to let me Venmo him but I would like a contract or invoice which upset him and he began yelling at me that he is at a grocery store trying to get groceries and he needs to get paid now. It looks like he stained the concrete, he cut crooked lines in it, he splattered concrete residue all over our hot tub, existing concrete pad, and all over our hose that he used. I had to go out there and scrap the residue off, clean the hose, and everything else.

Ryan is a competent, honest and hardworking individual. We plan to use his services continually and recommend him wholeheartedly.

We contracted Ryan to add on to our existing patio. Ryan had great communication and was quick to respond to text messages. He completed the job in the timeframe that he committed to and the addition came out very well. We would have rated a 5-star rating, but there were a couple of sharp spots left from the edging. These were minor and we were able to buff out the sharp edges quickly. We would certainly work with Ryan again.
