Mr. Jones had great customer service from the time he first called to set up the appointment until he finished the inspection. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. Mr. Jones answered all of our questions and was even available to answer additional questions after we received our results. I would definitely recommend this company!

Esron Jones was extremely responsive and professional. He alerted me to moisture problems with my AC unit that I had not noticed. The problem needed to be addressed ASAP to prevent further damage and mold problems and I had our AC contractors fix the problem right away. In addition, Mr. Jones quickly answered a couple of questions I had about the air quality and swab analysis report. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Jones from Jones Home Inspections was absolutely AWESOME! He took the time to thoroughly explain all the potential problem areas in the home I was buying. He also identified a flooring and wall defect that no one else was aware of (probably not even the homeowner). The inspection report was user-friendly and written in plain English.
