John Jones Group was very prompt, polite, and professional. Job was completed in a very timely manner. John offered several suggestions to reduce material costs. Overall the job was very neat and professional looking--a great improvement to the building. I would recommend John and his crew.

Not good. I was quoted one price but they tried to charge me more for the work. Also, took them a week to get the work done!

"Cindy, Bill Hunter, know as Williams Services told me that you wanted him to do the work. I was never informed that you change contractors. I informed you that I would be sending someone over to look at the problem. Bill was supposed to assess the job and call me with a price. Instead, you gave him the approval to do the work without talking to me. The only reason why it took a week was that my plumber was busy. I only called Williams Services to help with the workload. I did not receive a phone call from you regarding the price change. Jones Group Services did not serve you or received any payment for services rendered. Please contact William Services if you have any problems. Thank you!"

The installer left before completing the job leaving the wires hanging on the outside for my doorbell. The doorbell was not wired correctly it was wired for the back doorbell instead of the front doorbell and error I had to call them back. Also I was asked to pay $250 when they written estimate I was given was $180. Mr. Jones was quite friendly and knowledgeable however the installer he sent to my house has a lot to learn. He was also late for the initial appointment.

I needed a handyman for home repairs, improvements, and general maintenance and I couldnâ t have found a better person for the job than John. The work was done quickly, thoroughly, of good quality and John has a good eye for detail. Iâ m very impressed and will definitely be hiring Jones Group Construction in the future.
