Jones Landscaping is amazing. They installed our sprinkler system is a very timely manner. Employees worked hard & tirelessly. The owner gave us an estimate and we didn't even shop around because he impressed us so much with his customer service and how he explained exactly what they would do. The employee even did some extra work for us upon our request.

Brett came to our home to give us a quote. He is very knowledgeable about shrubs and trees and gave us options on what we could do. After agreeing what we would do he sent a crew in the next week. The crew did what we had agreed on in a very courteous and professional way. The shrubs look great, they really cleaned up the look of our landscape. I would recommend them as well as use them again.

Jones landscaping added some pacers to my existing patio. We had a harvest blend paleo spec'ed out but they bought granite color. When brought to the supervisors attention he blamed his lack of looking at the project on us and charged more money for his lost time in replacing the pacers. I had to go to the paver shop to get the right color spec'ed as they insisted the color was granite even after seeing the huge difference in color. They broke one paver and did not bother to fix it. Very disappointed in their quality control

Jones Landscape installed a retaining wall, a sprinkler system and landscaping on our property before we moved into our house. We were so happy with their work and have hired them to do a couple more projects for us. You can expect a bid on time and the project completed on time. They also stand behind their work, which we appreciate.

Very professional crew. They did a very good job and clean up. Did the job in 2 days. I am very happy with the results.

Great guy showed up time however never came back to finish the job. Plus I wanted more work done but was a no show for additional work? Brett was a nice guy just not as relaible as I liek to deal with is all.

Sorry, but you didn't install sod, you laid bark. I appreciate how Brett explained to his crew what was needed to be done and how. When the crew was finished, he then did a follow-up. The crew was quick and did a nice job.

We will use Jones Landscape again as they were prompt, informative and very helpful!

I was and continue to look for a source for Salmon landscape rock in the Camas, WA area. Praire, the receptionist at Jones Landscape has called Richland, WA to check on their source for this rock and is checking other sites also. She has stayed in contact with me and I with her. I am confident one day we will locate this particular landscape rock for my garden.

Kept the day scheduled as promised (after a sudden illness cuased re-scheduling). Rates were within reason and all that I asked for was ccompleted to my satisfaction. Please, friendly staff and management.

Great, professional experience!

We had Jones Landscape install a French drain along the side of our house and they did just an outstanding job. Brett was extremely helpful when he came out to the house to see what needed to be done. The crew that did the work were professional, they were courteous, they completed the job in an amazingly short period of time and they cleaned up once they were done so well you could barely tell that they had the west side of our yard completely dug up. The overall quality of the work was great. I�m definitely going to have Jones Landscape come back in the spring to do another landscape job for us.

This company did a fabulous job. They were the nicest people to work with and there work was well done and efficient. I will definitely use them again for other landscaping needs.

Everything was installed beautifully. They took the time to inform me of all my options making it easy to choose what action to take.
