Do not hire this man. He cut down three trees. He left them in the back yard, saying he would come back on the following Monday to finish and clean up. It was one excuse after another. Claimed he even had a family emergency and a death in the family, while all while he was doing other people jobs. I realized this when I saw his Facebook page, with pictures of my back yard, and called me another satisfied customer underneath. I made a comment that I was not, and he immediately took that comment off and the pictures down as well. This is unacceptable. HomeAdvisor should not have this type of business in their line up. He will not answer my calls or texts which shows he knows he did wrong.

Mr. Jones gave great customer service and was professional and also Pleasant to work with.

Performed an excellent job on our pine tree. Rainy weather caused a delay in completing the job as quickly as planned. However, with good follow-up and communication the job was completed. I highly recommend Jones Landscaping.

I paid him before the job was done. He has not been here for ten days. Was supposed to clean up the trees and still has two trees to cut. I need the debris removed so the septic tank service can fix my tank.

Prompt response. Excellent communication.
