Jones made me feel like a valued customer even before I hired them. We suddenly had swarms of ground hornets at our front door! My daughter and I are highly allergic to hornet, bee and wasp stings, so we needed help right away. Not only did they arrve within two hours, they did a complete inspection and treatment around the house and in the garage, stoppng the swarm. They stopped by a day or two later just to check on the situation and did a followup treatment the next month. They are now my go-to pest control experts! Thank you!
